Data We Collect

When you interact with any of our website’s interactive features (e.g., intake forms, quizzes, custom GPT access requests, or similar), we may collect the personal data you choose to provide. Depending on the feature, this can include:

  • Job Role

  • Phone Number

  • Email Address

Core form data: We keep the details you submit in this form, so we can review your request and reply. We rely on our legitimate interest in talking to you about ScriptAira services.

​Essential Cookies: Wix may drop strictly necessary cookies (e.g., session identifiers) to keep the site and its interactive features functional; these do not require consent.

Purpose & Legal Basis

Our legal basis under GDPR is your consent, given by ticking the opt-in box. You can withdraw consent or opt out at any time via the “Unsubscribe” link in our emails.

Data Retention & Deletion

  • We keep your personal data for 12 months from the date you provide it, unless you request deletion sooner or our business relationship ends.

  • To request deletion, email solutions@scriptaira.com with “Delete My Data” in the subject line. We will confirm in writing once your data has been permanently removed.

  • After 12 months, we (or Wix on our behalf) automatically delete your data.

Data Security & Breach Notification

Your data is stored and processed by Wix under their standard security measures (encryption in transit, access controls, secure backups, regular audits).

  • Data Breaches: In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware, as required by GDPR.

 

Cookies & Analytics

We currently do not deploy any non-essential tracking cookies, analytics tools, or advertising pixels on our site. If we introduce any in the future, we will:

  1. Update this policy.

  2. Display a cookie-consent banner that blocks scripts until consent is given.

Third-Party Sharing & International Transfers

  • We do not sell or share your personal data with any third parties—except:

    • Wix (our website and form provider), acting as our data processor under a Data Processing Agreement.

    • Any additional service providers you explicitly opt into in the future.

  • We currently do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA. If this changes, we will implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).

  • Right to Delete: You may request deletion of your personal information that we have collected.

  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale: We do not sell your personal information.

  • Right to Non-Discrimination: You will not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

  • Shine the Light: Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, you can request information about our disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes (we do not share for such purposes).

Our response timeline:

  • We will acknowledge your request within 10 days of receipt.

  • We will complete our response within 45 days, with a one-time extension of up to an additional 45 days if reasonably necessary (we will notify you if we need more time).
